But let’s not talk about what we do for a minute and let’s talk about WHO WE ARE!

We are a dynamic duo who met on one of those lovely dating apps in 2018 and then got hitched in fall of 2019.

We have one son, (8 y/o), that we share custody with his mom. This little man has the sense of adventure like his dad – Dave, and the sass of his bonus-mom – Jodi. Many times, you will see him doing projects – as he loves to create and build things – just like us!

We also have a HUGE soft spot for Fur-Babies – and we have 2 Siberian Huskies Minka and Sarge (l0 months old). To say that these pups –have distinct, sassy personalities- is an understatement.

Prior to starting Authentically Yours Design, Jodi had a long career in Human Resources and Dave had a number of roles in Project Management.

We both have always had a love for fixing, creating, renovating and design – and in the fall of 2020 – Jodi decided to leave corporate America behind to make her passion her career and Dave followed in the summer of 2021.

There are a lot of couples who couldn’t or wouldn’t want to work together day-in and day-out – but we actually love it and it has made our relationship and us -individually stronger. Not every day is it rainbows and butterflies – but we would not trade it for the world and are thankful that we get to do life together.

As a family, we love to have FUN, to be active, to take on a LOT of things at once, to spend time with family/friends and most importantly - to NOT take ourselves too seriously!

We have BIG DREAMS for our future/business and don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
